At 3dlovegift, every T-shirt, hoodie, and sweatshirt is made, printed, and packed right here in our own workspace. We are not a dropshipper – every order is handled by our team, so we know exactly what goes into each package before it reaches you.
We truly want you to be happy with what you receive. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned – maybe the print isn’t quite right, maybe the size feels off, or maybe you simply change your mind. That’s why we’ve put together a clear, fair, and easy return process for customers in both the United States and Morocco.

1. How Long You Have to Return an Item
You have 60 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether to keep it. That’s about two full months — enough time to try it on, see how it feels, and decide if it’s right for you.
Why 60 days? Because we know sometimes life gets busy: maybe the shirt sat in the box for a week, or you wanted to show it to someone before deciding. We want you to have the space to make a choice without rushing.
2. When Returns Are Free (Our Fault)
If the item you receive has a problem caused by us, we cover everything. This includes:

Printing issues – the design is misaligned, colors are way off, or the print fades immediately after the first wash.

Defects – holes, tears, or broken stitching when you open the package.

Wrong item – you ordered one design and got another, or the size/color doesn’t match your order confirmation.

Damage during delivery – the parcel was clearly mishandled and your item arrived in bad shape.
In these cases:

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you pay nothing.

You can choose either a replacement (if stock allows) or a full refund, including your original shipping fee.
Example: You ordered a black hoodie with a white print, size M, but received a navy one in size L. That’s on us — we’ll fix it.
3. When Returns Are Not Free (Change of Mind)
If the item is perfectly fine but you simply changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or decided it’s not your style:

You can still return it, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds in this case cover the item price only (original shipping is non-refundable).

We recommend using a tracked service so the package doesn’t get lost.
We keep this rule because each return means we have to inspect, repackage, and restock the item — and for custom prints, we can’t resell them at full price.
4. Conditions for an Item to Be Accepted
To keep things fair, returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed — we can’t accept returns with deodorant stains, pet hair, or washing damage.

With original tags and packaging — this helps protect the product and confirms it hasn’t been used.

In original condition — no alterations, no missing parts (like drawstrings), and no smells (perfume, smoke, etc.).

If the package goes anywhere else, we might not be able to process your return.
5. The Return Process Step-by-Step
Here’s how it works from start to finish:
Step 1 – Contact Us First
Email us at [email protected] within your 60-day return period. Include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) clear photos showing any damage or defect.
Step 2 – We Review and Reply
Within 1–2 business days, we’ll get back to you with either a prepaid label (if it’s our fault) or detailed instructions for shipping it back yourself.
Step 3 – Pack It Properly
Use the original packaging if possible. Fold the shirt neatly, keep it in its protective bag, and place it inside a sturdy mailer or box. If you’re sending from Morocco, extra padding is a good idea because of the longer trip.
Step 4 – Ship It Back
Send it to the return address above. If you’re covering shipping yourself, choose a tracked method — we can’t refund items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Step 5 – We Inspect and Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll check it within 2–3 business days. If it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund.
6. Refund Timeline and Method
We aim to make refunds quick and simple:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we confirm your return.

The refund goes back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.

Your bank or card provider may take an extra 3–7 days to post it to your account — that part’s out of our hands.
7. Special Notes for Morocco Customers
If you’re returning from Morocco:

Sometimes a signature is required on delivery — keep your phone handy so the courier can reach you.

All refunds are processed in USD, so the amount you see in Moroccan dirhams might change slightly due to exchange rates.
8. Items We Can’t Take Back
Even within 60 days, some items aren’t eligible for returns unless they arrived defective:

Final sale or clearance items.

Custom orders with your own print, unless damaged or misprinted.
9. If Something Goes Wrong
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, or your package seems lost, reach out to us. We’ll contact the carrier, and if it’s confirmed missing, you can choose a refund or replacement. If your item arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours with photos so we can fix it fast.
